In 2000 I decided to make a transition. Having been involved in the investment side of real estate for a number of years, I made the switch to sales. Upon doing so, I soon discovered that people were not getting the proper representation they deserved.
Since that discovery, I have made it my priority to "raise the bar" so to speak around this office in pursuit of the highest level of education & representation for the sellers and buyers that we represent.
Aside from managing the marketing of client’s properties and educating buyers on the process of acquiring real estate, I also help others to learn the "ins and outs" of investing in real estate "for profit". I feel it is especially important that one be well educated in order to make good sound decisions when attempting to invest in an ever changing market like Austin.

Real Estate is a passion for Amanda Willis. After moving from Corpus Christi in 2000, Amanda became a Real Estate Assistant. While driving the streets of Austin performing the many tasks that an assistant has to do, she began to understood why so many people love to live in Austin. Before becoming a full-time REALTOR®, Amanda utilized her degree as a Paralegal and worked as a Legal Secretary for one of Austin’s Top Law Firms. Amanda continued her education and received a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication-Electronic Media with a minor in photography from Texas State University-San Marcos.

I came to Austin in 1985 to attend the University of Texas, and subsequently made Austin my home. I graduated from UT in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and have since held a license as an R.N. with jobs that have included surgical and medical/legal consulting capacities. I started investing in Real Estate in Austin in 1994, and have done extremely well (no one frowns at 300% profit from the sale of a home). I then decided to obtain my Real Estate license to assist others with buying, selling and investing in Real Estate, as I found that there was a great need for this due to the complex language and nature of Real Estate transactions, and many people with great knowledge deficits in these areas. Even though my job’s as a nurse were very rewarding, Real Estate has proven to be equally rewarding as I have helped many people to problem solve, understand processes, and accomplish goals and dreams. Being a ‘people person’, I have great compassion for others, and really want to see others locate a great home for their families, as well as benefit financially as that home gains equity, and make their dreams a reality. My ‘people skills’ also lend a hand in negotiating contracts and being the best advocate for my client’s needs. I can’t think of a better occupation than that of a Realtor….helping client’s buy or sell their home, accomplish goals and dreams, and it is great way to meet new people and create friends for life. Originally from Europe, Johnny is an outgoing, people person who enjoys traveling around the world and seeing live music performances. Johnny moved to Austin in 2005 and after falling in love with the city, purchased his first home and got into real estate.
Johnny is a natural problem solver and an extremely hard worker who holds a bachelors degree in computer engineering. This agent has years of contracting and home renovations experience and is a part time DJ and carpenter.
